摘要
本文以多年的教学和学生工作实践为基础,简要分析了在目前的教育模式下,在校大学生主要的几种学习动机及其各自的特点.进而提出了相应的学习动机激发途径.
Based on teaching management and teaching practice, this paper mainly discusses some study motivation and characteristic of college students on educational model, thenmake some reasonable methods for study stimulation.
