基于动态分段的公路养护管理一张图关键技术及应用

摘要 在当前公路“建养并重”、高质量发展与养护管理业务协同难、决策科学性不足、流程控制时效性差等矛盾日益凸显的情况下,利用信息技术进行公路养护管理系统顶层设计与技术应用尤为重要。针对上述问题,拟研究突破时空动态分段、病害识别与养护方案设计、全寿命周期养护决策以及工作流引擎等关键技术,搭建包含数据中台、业务中台、AI中台的养护管理系统架构,形成日常养护、养护工程、监测检测、应急保通等业务专题数据集成于“一张图”的解决方案。经陕西省公路养护单位应用,系统实现了海量多源、多专题数据的集成展示应用,可满足多层级用户精益化管理需求,为公路养护管理业务数据化、决策智能化、办公协同化提供参考。 In the current situation of equal emphasis on construction and maintenance of highway,difficult coordination between high-quality development and maintenance management,unscientific decision-making,poor time efficiency of process control and other increasingly prominent contradictions,it is particularly important to use information technology to carry out the top-level design and technical application of highway maintenance management system.In view of the above problems,the study plans to break through the key technologies such as spatio-temporal dynamic segmentation,defects identification and maintenance scheme design,life cycle maintenance decision-making and workflow engine,and build a maintenance management system architecture including data platform,business platform and AI platform,so as to form a solution that integrates business thematic data such as daily maintenance,maintenance engineering,monitoring and detection,and emergency maintenance into"One Map".After being applied by highway maintenance companies in Shaanxi Province,the system has realized the integrated display and application of massive multi-source and multi-thematic data,which can meet the lean management needs of multi-level users and provide reference for highway maintenance management business data,intelligent decision-making and office collaboration.
