登革热病原学与实验室检测技术研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress on the Etiology of Dengue Fever and Laboratory-Detection Methods of the Dengue Virus

摘要 登革热由登革病毒感染引起,是经伊蚊叮咬传播的急性病毒性传染病,可在短时期内快速播散,造成大范围流行,给公众身体健康带来严重威胁,为全球最严重的虫媒传染病。近年来,由于全球气候变暖、国际旅游和贸易增加、城市拥挤等,登革热累及区域不断扩大,发病率逐年升高,为我国登革热的防控带来巨大压力。为了加强基层医疗卫生工作技术人员对登革热流行、致病机制等方面的了解,本文对近年来登革热病原学、病毒传播、致病机制和实验室检测等方面的研究进展进行综述性归纳整理。 Dengue fever(DF)is an acute viral infectious disease caused by infection by the dengue virus(DV).The DV is transmitted mainly by the bite of mosquitos of the Aedes genus.It can spread rapidly in a short period of time,causing a large-scale epidemic and posing a serious threat to public health.The World Health Organization ranks DF as the most serious vector-borne disease worldwide.In recent years,due to global warming,an increase in international tourism and trade,and urban congestion,the areas affected by DF have continued to expand,and the incidence has increased year-by-year.This situation brings great pressure to the prevention and control of DF in China.To strengthen understanding of the epidemic and pathogenic mechanism of DF,we have summarized recent research progress in DF etiology,as well as the transmission,pathogenic mechanisms and laboratory detection of the DV.
