伺服旋转机构悬臂转台的设计

摘要 基于飞机机载天线伺服旋转机构悬臂转台的使用功能,给出两种设计方案。针对两种设计方案,采用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模,采用ANSYS软件进行仿真分析。在建模仿真分析的基础上,提出优化设计方案。对伺服旋转机构悬臂转台的优化设计方案进行动力学模态分析、随机振动分析、冲击振动分析,结果表明,悬臂转台具有很高的可靠性,能够满足工程实际的使用需求。 Based on the use function of the cantilever turntable of the servo rotation mechanism of the aircraft airborne antenna,two design schemes were given.SolidWorks software was used for three dimensional modeling,and ANSYS software was used for simulation analysis for the two design schemes.On the basis of modeling and simulation analysis,an optimal design scheme was proposed.The dynamic mode analysis,random vibration analysis and shock vibration analysis of the optimal design scheme of the cantilever turntable of the servo rotation mechanism were carried out,and the results show that the cantilever turntable has high reliability and can meet the actual use requirement of the project.
