摘要
配油盘是柱塞泵中的关键摩擦副,提高配油盘的自润滑性,可有效延长柱塞泵的使用寿命。介绍了柱塞泵配油盘涂层技术的研究现状,包括电镀技术、磁控溅射技术、激光熔覆技术、热喷涂技术、固体润滑涂层技术,基于环保性、生产效率、耐磨性、成本四方面对各种涂层技术进行了分析对比。
The oil distribution plate is the key friction pair in the piston pump,improving the self lubrication of the oil distribution plate can effectively prolong the service life of the piston pump.The research status of coating technologies of piston pump oil distribution plate were introduced,including electroplating technology,magnetron sputtering technology,laser cladding technology,thermal spraying technology and solid lubrication coating technology,and various coating technologies were analyzed and compared based on environmental protection,production efficiency,wear resistance and cost.
