摘要
采用热点应力法对风力发电机塔筒筒节的焊接应力集中因数进行分析,得到焊接应力集中因数随板厚、板厚差、外径的变化规律。通过分析确认,将板厚差从14 mm增大到20 mm,可以减小风力发电机塔筒的质量,并且不会降低风力发电机塔筒的疲劳强度设计等级。分析结果可以为减小风力发电机塔筒质量提供参考。
The hot spot stress method was used to analyze the welding stress concentration factor of the tube section of the wind turbine tower,and the variation laws of the welding stress concentration factor with the plate thickness,plate thickness difference and outer diameter were obtained.The analysis confirms that increasing the plate thickness difference from 14 mm to 20 mm can reduce the mass of the wind turbine tower without reducing the fatigue strength design level of the wind turbine tower.The analysis result can provide a reference for reducing the mass of the wind turbine tower.
