西方话语霸权在于塑造“西方优越论”,构建一元化的世界。西方话语霸权呈现出通过学术理论渗透、政治观念渗透、思想文化渗透、热点炒作渗透的新动向,对大学生的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信,总体国家安全观教育带来巨大冲击。高校务必从强化教师队伍建设、培养学生知行能力、打造安全教育环境、增强学术自立自信等方面着手,有效应对西方话语霸权,提高学生国家安全意识。

The hegemony of Western discourse lies in shaping the"Western superiority theory"and constructing a unified world.The Western discourse hegemony has shown a new trend of infiltration through academic theory,political concepts,ideological and cultural infiltration and hot speculation,which has brought a huge impact on the confidence of college students in their path,theory,system,and culture,as well as the overall education of national security concepts.Universities must start by strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,cultivating students'knowledge and behavior abilities,creating a safety education environment and enhancing academic self-reliance confidence,effectively addressing Western discourse hegemony and enhancing students'national security awareness.
