美好生活靠劳动创造:贵州省易地扶贫搬迁家庭的调查研究

A better life is created by labor:Investigation and research on poverty alleviation and relocation families in Guizhou province

易地扶贫搬迁家庭后续“稳得住”“能致富”创造美好生活是现阶段需要关注的重大问题。基于贵州省6个县(市)12个大型集中安置区611份调研数据,采取统计分析法总结贵州省易地扶贫搬迁家庭就业和生活现状,分析不同就业类型家庭美好生活方面的差异。结果显示:1)易地扶贫搬迁家庭的就业质量低,美好生活有待进一步提升;2)充分就业型家庭的收入水平、家庭资产持有率、社会交往融洽度和休闲活动参与频率均大于未充分就业型家庭且大于未就业与无劳动力型家庭;3)稳定和复杂劳动就业型家庭美好生活优于非稳定和简单劳动就业型家庭。

The follow-up"stable"and"rich"to create a better life is a major issue that needs attention at this stage.Based on 611 survey data from 12 large-scale centralized resettlement areas in 6 counties(cities)of Guizhou Province,the employment and life status of poverty-alleviation relocated families in inhospitable areas of Guizhou Province was summarized by statistical analysis,and the differences in the good life of different employment types of families were analyzed.The results show that:(1)The quality of employment of the relocated families is low,and the good life needs to be further improved;(2)The income level,family asset holding rate,social interaction harmony and leisure activity participation frequency of fully employed families are higher than those of underemployed families and those of unemployed and non-labor families;(3)Stable and complex labor and employment families better life than unstable and simple labor and employment families.
