High-quality Development of School Physical Education under the Background of“Double Reduction”Policy:Opportunities,Challenges and Paths

“双减”政策引发学校体育教育本体回归,促进学校体育教育改革深化,强化学校体育教育质量提升。在学校体育高质量发展建设过程中,存在功利化教育体制、单一化治理体系、制式化评价方式等问题,同时学校面临体育宗旨偏移、功能受限、特质畸化的现实挑战。学校体育高质量发展要以“双减”政策为契机,在推动学校体育治理,增强治理深度的基础上,通过体育有机融合教育,改善教育评价机制,助推学校体育回归宗旨、彰显功能、发扬特质,充分促进学生的全面发展,增强学校体育治理能力,提升体育课堂教学质量。

The policy of“double reduction”leads to the return of school physical education,promotes the deepening of school physical education reform,and strengthens the improvement of school physical education quality.In the process of high-quality development and construction of school physical education,it still faces problems of utilitarian education system,unitary governance system and standardized evaluation method,and at the same time,it faces the realistic challenges of school physical education’s purpose deviation,limited function and abnormal characteristics.The high-quality development of school physical education needs the opportunity of“double reduction”policy.On the basis of promoting the governance of school physical education and enhancing the depth of governance ability,through organically integrating all kinds of education and improving the education evaluation mechanism,it can help school physical education return to its purpose,show its functions and develop its characteristics,so as to fully promote the all-round development of students;enhance the ability of school sports governance,and improve the quality of physical activity education classroom teaching.
