全球文明倡议的提出回应了国际社会增进文明对话交流、促进文化繁荣发展的共同诉求,有助于提升中国国际传播影响力,彰显大国责任担当。全球文明倡议国际传播的主要成效体现在推动不同文明交流互鉴、弘扬中华优秀传统文化、打造文化交流品牌,以及深化人文交流对话。同时,其也面临传播主体协同不够、传播话语较为单一、落地形式不够多元、传播效果存在地域性差异等问题。未来需要完善机制建设,统筹构建全球文明对话网络;深化内容内涵,系统提炼中华文明精神标识;拓宽路径渠道,不断创新交流对话形式;调动各主体潜能,充分发挥关键资源优势;加强区域国别研究,有效提升国际传播的针对性。

China's proposal of the Global Civilization Initiative(GCI)responds to the common aspirations of the international community to advance dialogue and exchanges among civilizations as well as promote prosperity of different culture together,which is also conducive to enhance China's international influence,demonstrating its responsibility as a major country in the global arena.The main achievements of the GCI's international communication by far include promoting exchanges and mutual learning among different civilizations,carrying forward fine traditional Chinese culture,forging cultural exchanges brands,and deepening people-to-people exchanges and dialogue.But in the meantime,the international communication of the GCI also faces problems such as insufficient coordination among communication agencies,relatively deficient narrative,undiversified communication forms,and the communication effect varies regionally.In the future,it is necessary to improve the communication mechanism further,building a global dialogue network among civilizations;to enrich the connotation of the GCI,refining systematically the spiritual symbols of Chinese civilization;to diversify channels of communication,constantly creating new forms of exchanges and dialogue;to stimulate the potential of different communication subjects,giving full play to the key resource advantages;to strengthen international and area studies,improving the pertinence of international communication.
