强风环境下单肢-双肢变截面高墩施工关键技术

摘要 MORACICA大桥桥墩采用单肢一双肢变截面形式,最高墩高达161m,施工采用液压自爬模施工工艺。该桥位于大峡谷处,该峡谷是本区域的过风通道,常年有较大风力,尤其是冬春季节风力达到7~8级,有时可达11级。因此,墩身施工中要着重考虑大风天气对爬模施工的影响。依托黑山南北高速公路项目MORACICA大桥高墩施工,讨论在强风恶劣环境下高墩施工时所采取的关键技术措施。 The pier of MORACICA Bridge adopts the form of variable cross section of one limb-two limbs,and the highest of which is 16lm.In this project,the construction technology of hydraulic self-climbing formwork is applied.The Moracica Bridge is located in a grand canyon where is a wind channel and with great wind all the year round,especially in the winter and spring season,the wind can reach force 7-8 level even up to ll gale.Therefore,the effect of wind on the hydraulic self-climbing formwork technology should be considered during the construction of the pier.In the paper,relying on the construction of pier of Moracica Bridge in Montenegro North-South Highway Project,the key technical measures adopted in the construction of high pier in severe wind environment are discussed.
