共青团工作是党必须抓好的一项重要任务。学术界关于党的共青团工作的研究主要涉及党的共青团工作的历史、新时代加强和改进党的共青团工作的经验与思路。学者对于党的共青团工作历史的研究主要包括共青团的定位、性质与职能,党团关系,党的领导人的共青团工作思想三个方面。新时代加强和改进党的共青团工作也成为学者关注的前沿问题,主要涉及新时代全面从严治团的背景和途径,全面从严治党与全面从严治团的关系两方面。梳理研究成果发现:现有研究内容丰富,尤为关注团的历史经验和当前转型。未来研究可以通过突出时代要求,将党的共青团工作视为一个完整的研究命题,吸引多学科研究人员和方法加入,予以拓展和深化。

The work of the Communist Youth League is an important task that the Party must carry out well.The academic research on the Party's Youth League work mainly involves the history,experience and ideas for strengthening and improving the work in the New Era.The history that scholars focus on mainly includes the positioning,nature and functions of the Youth League,the relationship between the Party and the league,and the thoughts of the Party leaders on Youth League work.Strengthening and improving the Party's Youth League work in the New Era has also become a frontier issue that the scholars concerns,such as the background and measures of comprehensively and strictly governing the Youth league in the new era,and the relationship be-tween comprehensively and strictly governing the Party and the Youth League.The study reveals that the exist-ing research is rich in content,especially focusing on the historical experience of the league and its current transformation.Future research should highlight the requirements of the times,regard the Party's Youth League work as a complete research proposition,attract researchers from multiple disciplines to expand and deepen the research.
