山东省单县2023年白纹伊蚊种群密度与抗药性调查

摘要 目的 掌握单县白纹伊蚊的种群密度、季节消长及其对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为当地合理选择杀虫剂防控蚊虫提供科学依据。方法 选择单县4个村庄作为监测点,采用双层叠帐法采集成蚊,采用勺捞法采集白纹伊蚊幼虫。采用幼虫浸渍法测定白纹伊蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果 2023年单县共捕获成蚊4 526只,种群密度在8月达到峰值。幼虫对溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯表现为高度抗性,抗性倍数分别为52.00倍和169.00倍;对残杀威和敌敌畏表现为中度抗性,抗性倍数分别为9.40倍和5.39倍;对苏云金杆菌(Bt)表现为敏感。结论 单县地区白纹伊蚊密度较高,存在登革热流行传播的风险,对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的抗性均达到了高抗水平,对敌敌畏、残杀威等常用的杀虫剂也产生了一定水平的抗性。 Objective To understand the density,seasonal fluctuations and the resistance level of Aedes albopictus,a vector of dengue fever in Shan County,so as to provide scientific basis for the rational selection of insecticides and mosquito control in the local area.Methods Select four villages in Shan County as monitoring sites and collect Aedes albopictus larvae using spoon fishing method,and collect adult mosquitoes using a double-layer stacked net method.The resistance level of Aedes albopictus larvae to commonly used insecticides was measured using larval immersion method.Results A total of 4526 adult mosquitoes were captured in Shan County in 2023,and the population density reached its peak in August.The larvae showed high resistance to deltamethrin and cypermethrin,with resistance multiples of 52.00 and 169.00;moderate resistance to glyphosate and dichlorvos,with resistance multiples of 9.40 and 5.39;sensitivity to Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt).Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus is relatively high in Shan County,and there is a risk of dengue fever transmission.The resistance level to deltamethrin and cypermethrin has reached a high level,and it has also developed a certain level of resistance to commonly used chemical insecticides such as dichlorvos and glyphosate.
