摘要
地下水水样在硝酸、过氧化氢消解后,以Fe259.940nm、Mn257.610nm作为分析谱线,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定水样中铁和锰。试验结果表明:合理的选择分析谱线,样品中共存元素均不会干扰测定。铁检出限0.006μg·mL-1、锰检出限0.002μg·mL-1。对2种水质国家标准样品进行12次测定,测定值与认定值基本一致,相对标准偏差0.45%~2.26%,加标回收率96.8%~104.0%。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,结果准确、可靠。
After digestion with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,the iron and manganese contents in the groundwater samples were determinedby using inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)with spectral lines of Fe259.940nm and Mn257.610nm.The experimental results indicate that when selecting appropriate analytical spectral lines,the determination will not be disturbed by coexisting elements in the sample.The detection limits for iron and manganese are 0.006μg·mL-1 and 0.002μg·mL-1,respectively.Two national standard samples of water quality were tested for 12 times,and the measured values were basically consistent with the certified values,with a relative standard deviation of 0.45%~2.26%and a recovery rate of 96.8%~104.0%.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable.
