摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法测定石英砂岩中SiO 2、Al 2O 3、Fe 2O 3,以无水四硼酸锂作熔剂,硝酸铵为氧化剂,碘化钾为脱模剂。在高频熔样机上于1050℃熔融,制成玻璃片,使用标准曲线对谱线重叠干扰和基体效应校正,建立XRF测定石英砂岩中SiO 2、Al 2O 3、Fe 2O 3分析方法。经标准样品比对和不同方法比对验证,其结果准确、可靠、效率高、成本低。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine SiO 2,Al 2O 3 and Fe 2O 3contents in quartz sandstone with anhydrous lithium tetraborate as flux,ammonium nitrate as oxidant,and potassium iodide as release agent.The samples were melted on a high-frequency melting prototype at 1050 oC to produce glass sheets.An analytical method for determining the content of SiO 2,Al 2O 3 and Fe 2O 3 in quartz sandstone using XRF was established,by usingstandard curves for correcting spectral line overlap interference and matrix effect.The results are accurate,reliable,efficient,and cost-effective,verified by comparison with standard samples and different methods.
