基于不同定量参数分析三维超声对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值

摘要 目的 基于血流参数、肿瘤体积、MI程度对比3D-TVS与2D-TVS在子宫内膜癌中的诊断效果。方法 选择本院2021年7月-2022年12月接受体检的134例子宫内膜病变患者,根据术后病理诊断分为子宫内膜癌组(n=28例)、良性宫腔病变组(n=116例),均接受2D-TVS、3D-TVS诊断。对比不同超声对子宫内膜癌的鉴别价值及MI程度的诊断效能;对比2组患者血流参数(VFI、RI)及不同MI程度的肿瘤体积。结果 子宫内膜癌组VFI高于良性宫腔病变组,RI低于良性宫腔病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。浅MI患者肿瘤体积小于深MI患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3D-TVS诊断子宫内膜癌、内膜息肉、黏膜下肌瘤符合率、MI程度的灵敏度、准确性均高于2D-TVS,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相较于2D-TVS,3D-TVS在诊断子宫内膜癌患者MI深度及鉴别子宫内膜癌疾病效能更高。 Objective To compare the diagnostic efficacy of 3D-TVS and 2D-TVS in endometrial cancer based on blood flow parameters,tumor volume and MI degree.Methods 134 patients with endometrial lesions who underwent physical examination in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into endometrial cancer group(n=28 cases)and benign uterine cavity lesion group(n=116 cases)according to postoperative pathological diagnosis.All patients diagnosed with 2D-TVS and 3D-TVS.Compared the identification value of different ultrasoundgraphy in endometrial cancer and the diagnostic efficacy of MI degree;Compared the blood flow parameters(VFI,RI)and tumor volume of different MI degree between the two groups of patients.Results The VFI of endometrial cancer group was higher than that of the benign uterine cavity lesions group,RI was lower than that of the benign uterine cavity lesions group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tumor volume in patients with shallow MI was lower than that in patients with deep MI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnosis of endometrial cancer by 3D-TVS,endometrial polyps,coincidence rate of submucosal myoma and the accuracy and sensitivity of MI Degree were higher than those of 2D-TVS,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with 2D-TVS,3D-TVS has a higher efficacy in MI depth of diagnosing and identifing endometrial cancer in patients with endometrial cancer.
