摘要
目的 探索R2 C2联合思维导图在肿瘤指南教学中的效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年12月—2023年12月内科在培住院医师75人,其中,2022级和2023级41人为观察组,2020级和2021级34人为对照组。在肿瘤指南的学习中观察组采取R2 C2联合思维导图的教学模式,对照组采取传统教学模式。比较两组住院医师的理论知识及满意度调查。结果 两组在性别、年龄和学历上差异无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。观察组理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查结果,观察组教学方式、学习兴趣、知识掌握、临床思维和团队协作得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 基于R2 C2的思维导图肿瘤指南学习易学易操作能够提高临床教学的满意度,激发住院医师的自主学习能力。
Objective To explore the effect of R2C2 combined with Thinking Maps in teaching tumor guidelines.Methods Data of 75 internal medicine residents in training from December 2020 to December 2023 was retrospectively analyzed.41 residents in Grade 2022 and Grade 2023 were included in the observation group and 34 residents in Grade 2020 and Grade 2021 were in the control group.The residents in the observation group were trained with R2C2 combined with Thinking Maps teaching mode in oncology guidelines and the residents in the control group were trained in the traditional teaching way.The theoretical knowledge and satisfaction questionnaires were compared between the groups.Results There were no statistical differences in gender,age,and education between the two groups,which were comparable(all P>0.05).The theoretical scores of residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the resident satisfaction survey,the observation group had higher scores than the control group for teaching style,interest in learning,knowledge acquisition,clinical thinking and teamwork,between which the differences were significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of R2C2-based mind mapping for oncology guidelines is easy to learn and easy to use,and the practice of mind mapping improves satisfaction with clinical teaching and motivates residents'self-drive to learn.
