Competency-based anesthesiology residency training in the design and practice of two-way feedback and re-evaluation mechanism

目的 探索以胜任力为导向的医学教育中双向反馈与再评价机制的设计与应用。方法 基于临床实践与文献阅读,对于双向反馈与再评价机制的实践,提出了五条标准化的实施步骤。结果 通过案例进一步模拟得出,双向反馈与再评价机制与传统评价方法相比,具有更广的应用范围,可以帮助指导医师以及住院医师获得更全面的反馈,有助于进一步制定学习与教学计划。结论 麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的临床实践非常复杂,本研究提出的双向反馈与再评价机制的有效性与可实施性尚没有足够的实践证据支持,且实践中所需要的量表、问卷等还需要根据进一步的研究证据制定。

Objective To explore the design and application of the two-way feedback and re-evaluation mechanism in competency-based medical education.Methods Based on clinical practice and literature reading,five standardized implementation steps were proposed for the practice of two-way feedback and re-evaluation mechanism.Results The case study demonstrated that the two-way feedback and re-evaluation mechanism had a broader application than traditional evaluation methods.It could assist supervising physicians and residents in obtaining more comprehensive feedback,which could aid in the further development of the learning and teaching program.Conclusion The clinical practice of standardized anesthesiology residency training is very complex,and the validity and implementability of the two-way feedback and re-evaluation mechanism proposed in this study are not yet supported by sufficient evidence in practice.Furthermore,the scales and questionnaires needed in practice need to be developed based on further research evidence.
