基于虚拟病人的住院医师临床思维培训工作坊的设计与实践

摘要 目的 将虚拟病人应用于住院医师临床思维培训工作坊,并进行效果评价。方法 采用医学教育课程开发六步法设计住院医师临床思维培训工作坊,进行实践应用,通过培训前后的问卷调查收集住院医师对工作坊和虚拟病人的反馈。结果 研究设计一套基于虚拟病人的住院医师临床思维培训工作坊标准化课程,并实践5期次,培训住院医师109人。培训前后的问卷数据显示,住院医师临床思维能力自评有显著性提升,97.1%的住院医师认为使用虚拟病人诊疗训练比传统方式能更有效提升临床思维能力,全部住院医师均认为培训达到预期。结论 将虚拟病人应用于住院医师临床思维培训工作坊,能有效提升住院医师对临床思维的理解和能力,受到住院医师好评。 Objective To apply virtual patients(VP)in a clinical reasoning training workshop for resident physicians and analyze the effect.MethodsA clinical reasoning training workshop was developed with the six-step approach and implemented.The feedback of the training and VP from resident physicians was collected through preand post-workshop questionnaire surveys.Results In the study a standardized curriculum of clinical reasoning training workshop based on VP was designed for resident physicians.It was implemented for 5 times,and trained 109 resident physicians.The self-assessment of clinical reasoning ability was improved significantly according to the pre-and post-workshop questionnaires.97.1%of resident physicians agreed that VP could improve clinical reasoning ability better than traditional methods.All of the resident physicians agreed the workshop met their expectation.Conclusions It could effectively improve the understanding and self-assessment of clinical reasoning for resident physicians by using VP in the workshop with good acceptance.
