济南市槐荫区水系现状问题及治理对策

Current Problems and Countermeasures of Water System in the District of Huaiyin,Jinan

以济南市槐荫区水系现状调查为基础,以水系存在问题为导向,围绕蓝线划定、防洪除涝、水域保护、河道治理和岸线管理等五大方面,制定了相应对策,完善水系布局,充分发挥水系功能,维护河湖生命健康,为实现槐荫区“河畅、水清、岸绿、景美”的总体目标打下坚实基础,为槐荫区经济社会可持续发展提供有力保障。

Based on the investigation of the current water system in the District of Huaiyin,and guided by the existing problems in the water system,the corresponding countermeasures were formulated from five aspects:blue line demarcation,flood control and waterlogging control,water area protection,river management and shoreline management.It improves the layout of water systems,gives full play to the functions of water systems,and maintains the health of rivers and lakes.It lays a solid foundation for realizing the overall goal of Smooth River,Clear Water,Green Bank and Beautiful Scenery in the District of Huaiyin.It provides a strong guarantee for the sustainable economic and social development of the District of Huaiyin.
