城市排水系统滞后、雨污合流,城区河道黑臭水体返黑返臭,城市污水处理设施承压严重,城区河道基础设施陈旧等问题影响着城镇居民的生活质量。济南市莱芜区采取多种措施改善水生态生活环境,积极推进雨污分流、黑臭水体清零、污水处理厂提标,提高水资源化利用率,加强水体及岸线治理,实施河道景观提升,落实水质监测机制,促进河道绿色发展,努力构建安全、优质、健康的水生态环境。

The urban drainage system lagged,rain and pollution confluencing,urban river water returned to black and smelly,urban sewage treatment facilities under serious pressure,urban river infrastructure obsoleted,etc.,affect the quality of life of urban residents.In the Laiwu District,Jinan,various measures have been taken to improve the water ecological living environment,actively promote the diversion of rain and pollution,the elimination of black and odors,and the upgrading of sewage treatment plants,improve the utilization rate of water resources,strengthen the treatment of water bodies and shoreline,implement the improvement of river landscape,implement the water quality monitoring mechanism,promote the green development of river courses,and strive to build a safe,high-quality and healthy water ecological environment.
