加快推进黄河水文化建设的思路及对策

Ideas and Countermeasures of Accelerating the Construction of Yellow River Water Culture

作为中华民族文化核心组成部分的黄河水文化,承载着深厚的历史底蕴和时代价值。近年来,黄河水文化建设虽取得一定成绩与发展,但仍面临研究深度与广度不足、影响力有限及建设力度不够等困难与挑战。将丰富的黄河文化资源转化为发展优势,从而有力地促进黄河水文化建设的发展,值得深入的思考与研究。本文从扩展黄河水文化的内涵、扩大黄河水文化影响面、以黄河水文化为载体推进产业发展三个方面阐述了加快黄河水文化发展的思路。通过这些措施,切实为生态文明建设和黄河流域优质发展提供有力支撑。

As the core component of Chinese national culture,the Yellow River water culture carries profound historical deposits and times values.In recent years,although the construction of the Yellow River water culture has made some achievements,it still faces difficulties and challenges such as insufficient depth and breadth of research,limited influence and insufficient construction.The rich cultural resources of the Yellow River turn into a development advantage,is worth deep thinking and research,which can promote the construction and development of the Yellow River water culture effectively.This paper expounds the ideas of accelerating the development of the Yellow River water culture from three aspects:expanding the connotation of the Yellow River water culture,enlarging the influence of the Yellow River water culture,and promoting the industrial development through the Yellow River hydrology.These measures will effectively provide strong support for the construction of ecological civilization and the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
