摘要
船载碳捕集系统将二氧化碳从船舶排放源中分离后暂存于船舶,靠岸到港后进行再利用或封存,是实现船舶减排降碳最直接的技术之一。伴随着碳排放交易和碳税等市场机制催化作用,船载碳捕集系统有望成为航运减碳的重要手段。从船舶排放特征入手,尤其是远洋船舶,从醇胺类吸收剂研究进展、碳捕集工艺流程优化及工程应用的角度出发,对碳捕集系统在船舶应用环境下的适应性进行系统性概述,并对船载碳捕集系统的未来发展方向提出展望。
Onboard carbon capture system(OCCS)separate carbon dioxide(CO2)from ship emissions and temporarily store it on the ship for later use or sequestration,which is one of the most direct technologies for reducing carbon emissions from ships.With the catalytic effect of market mechanisms such as carbon emissions trading and carbon taxes,OCCS have enormous potential to become an important means of reducing CO2 emission in the shipping industry.Starting with the characteristics of ship emissions,especially for oceangoing vessels,systematically outlines the adaptability of different types of amine absorbents,different system process configurations and engineering measures for ship applications and looks ahead to the future development directions of the OCCS.
