摘要
针对多用途重吊船队,按照欧盟航运碳减排法规的具体方案,使用统计的方法和数据计算,准确预算船队在欧盟排放交易体系和欧盟可持续海运燃料法规实施10年内,因船舶燃料温室气体排放带来的成本增加量。通过分析欧盟航运碳减排法规中的各种关键要素,针对多用途船型特点,给出全方面的应对方案。
According to the specific carbon reduction plan of the European Union,the statistical methods and data calculations are employed to accurately estimate the cost increase of the multi-purpose heavy lift fleet in the next 10 years after the implementation of European Union Emissions Trading System and FuelEU Maritime.By analyzing various key elements in the new regulations and considering the characteristics of multi-purpose heavy lift ship,a comprehensive response plan is proposed.
