活动车辆甲板建造精度及挠曲变形分析

摘要 活动车辆甲板(块)是典型的薄板焊接结构,文章阐释了关键建造工艺的合理优化和实施,实现了活动车辆甲板(块)的严格的尺寸精度、安装精度要求。横向挠曲变形是车辆运输船特有的变形形态,通过有限元分析方法对典型载荷状态下的船舶横向挠曲变形进行了分析,评估并验证了算例船舶活动车辆甲板(块)的安装精度应对挠曲变形的缓冲减抵,保证了活动车辆甲板(块)的结构安全。 Movable car decks(panel)commonly are constructed by thin steel sheets which the fabrication accuracy is hard to control.The building procedures and technical focus are practiced to construct the movable car decks(panel)that meet the strict requirements of structure size and fitting accuracy.Meanwhile,the racking always occurs specially to the pure car and truck carrier(PCTC).The transverse racking of ships under typical load conditions is analyzed by finite element analysis(FEA)method,which could be eliminate or remove the compression to the movable car decks(panel)by their fitting clearance accuracy.It ensures the structural safety of the movable car decks(panel).
