在数字化浪潮的推动下,新质生产力的发展为高素质财会人才培养提供了全新的视角和动力。作为高质量人才培养的摇篮,高校应充分关注财会专业教育与财务智能化技术的紧密融合。文章在分析与总结高校智能财务人才培养现状的基础上,针对企业智能财务转型相关问题展开问卷调查,关注了异质性企业对智能财务人才需求的差异化,并为高校智能财务人才培养的变革与优化指明了方向。有助于缓解数字经济发展中高质量劳动力需求困境,为高校财务会计人才培养提供一些思考与建议。

Driven by the digital wave,the development of new quality productivity provides a new perspective and impe-tus for the cultivation of high-quality accounting talents.As the cradle of high-quality talents cultivation,colleges and uni-versities should pay full attention to the close integration of finance and accounting education and financial intelligence technology.Based on analyzing and summarizing the current situation of intelligent financial talents cultivation in colleges and universities,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on issues related to intelligent financial transformation of en-terprises.It focuses on the differentiated demand for intelligent financial talents among heterogeneous enterprises and pro-vides guidance for the reform and optimization of cultivating intelligent financial talents in colleges and universities.This paper helps to alleviate the dilemma of high-quality labor demand in the development of digital economy,and provides some thoughts and suggestions on the cultivation of financial accounting talents in colleges and universities.
