干式螺杆压缩机瞬态仿真分析

摘要 在海上LNG运输船中,低温螺杆压缩机是天然气压缩、回收和储运过程中的重要设备。在天然气的回收压缩过程中,一般采用多级压缩,对于其中的第二级螺杆压缩机,通过数值仿真,预估压缩机性能并提出改进方向。采用Simerics MP+数值分析软件,建立螺杆压缩机转子运动网格,对压缩机流量、内部压力和温度分布进行仿真分析。结果表明:所设计的螺杆压缩机,需要减小转子在排气端面的死容积,压缩机的双侧吸气结构也需进一步优化。 In Marine LNG carriers,low temperature screw compressor is important equipment in the process of natural gas compression,recovery and storage&transportation.In the process of natural gas recovery and compression,multistage compression is generally adopted.For the second stage screw compressor,the performance of compressor is estimated and the improvement direction is proposed by numerical simulation.Using the Simerics MP+,the rotor movement grid of screw compressor was established,and the flow,internal pressure and temperature distribution of compressor were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the designed screw compressor needs to reduce the dead volume of rotor in the exhaust end face,and the bilateral suction structure of compressor needs to be further optimized.
