摘要
随着人们对微生物-肠-肝轴熟知度和认可度的提高,科研人员对肠道菌群在肝脏脂质代谢过程中发挥作用的研究也逐渐深入。文章从脂蛋白、胆汁酸(BA)、短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)和胃肠道激素等角度出发,综述了肠道菌群调控动物肝脏脂质代谢的研究进展,以期为畜牧养殖产业中通过调控肠道菌群丰度与多样性调节机体脂质代谢过程,预防和治疗动物肝脏脂代谢紊乱相关疾病提供理论依据。
With the improvement of the knowledge and recognition of the microbial-gut-liver axis,the study on the role of gut flora in the process of lipid metabolism in the liver has been gradually deepened.This paper reviewed the research progress of gut flora regulation of lipid metabolism in animal liver from the perspectives of lipoproteins,bile acids(BA),short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)and gastrointestinal hormones,with a view to regulating the lipid metabolism process by regulating the abundance and diversity of gut flora in animal husbandry industry and to providing theoretical reference for the prevention and treatment of diseases related to liver lipid metabolism disorders in animals.
