日粮中添加黄芪多糖对湖羊生长性能、血液生理生化、屠宰性能、肉品质及瘤胃发酵指标的影响

Effects of diet supplemented with Astragalus polysaccharide on growth performance,blood physiology and biochemistry,slaughter performance,meat quality and rumen fermentation indexes in Hu sheep

摘要 为了探究黄芪多糖对湖羊生长性能、血液生理生化、屠宰性能、肉品质及瘤胃发酵指标的影响,试验将40只体重为(18.60±0.80)kg的湖羊公羔分为2组,每组2个重复,每个重复10只,分栏饲养。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+0.2 g/kg黄芪多糖,试验期共160 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期150 d。正试期间,每15 d为一个阶段测定湖羊的生长性能指标,生长测定试验结束后每个重复随机取3只体重接近的试验羊测定血液生理生化指标,屠宰后测定屠宰性能、肉品质及瘤胃发酵指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组湖羊平均日增重提高11.10%(P>0.05),料重比降低9.56%(P>0.05);血液中红细胞体积、低密度脂蛋白浓度显著升高(P<0.05),尿素氮浓度显著降低(P<0.05),其他血液生理生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05);各组间宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率、胴体脂肪含量(GR)值及背膘厚度均差异不显著(P>0.05);肌肉粗蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),肌肉剪切力、滴水损失率及pH45 min显著降低(P<0.05);同时湖羊瘤胃液乙酸、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著提高(P<0.05)。说明在日粮中添加0.2 g/kg黄芪多糖对湖羊生长性能、血液生理生化指标、屠宰性能指标影响不明显,但能在一定程度上改善肉品质,同时维持瘤胃内环境稳态。 In order to investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharide on growth performance,blood physiology and biochemistry,slaughter performance,meat quality and rumen fermentation indexes of Hu sheep,forty male Hu sheep lambs with body weighing(18.60+0.80)kg were divided into 2 groups with 2 replicates in each group,and 10 lambs in each replicate.They were raised in separate pens.The animals in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the animals in the experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with O.2 g/kg of Astragalus polysaccharide.The experiment lasted for 160 d,including 10 d of pre-test and 150 d of formal experiment.During the formal experiment,the growth performance indexes of Hu sheep were measured every 15 d.At the end of the growth measurement test,blood physiological and biochemical indexes of three sheep with similar body weight from each replicate were determined.Then the sheep were slaughtered to determine slaughter performance,meat quality and rumen fermentation indexes.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of Hu sheep in the test group increased by 11.10%(P>0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased by 9.56%(P>0.05);the volume of red blood cells and the concentration of low-density lipoproteins was significantly increased(P<0.05),and urea nitrogen concentration in the blood was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the differences of other blood physiological and biochemical indexes were not significant(P>0.05).The live weight at slaughter,carcass weight,slaughter rate,CR value and backfat thickness among the groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);muscle crude protein content in the test group was significantly increased(P<0.05),muscle shear force,drip loss rate and pH4s min were significantly decreased(P<0.05);at the same time,the acetic acid,the total volatile ftty acid content of rumen fluid in Hu sheep were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results indicated that the diet supplemented with 0.2 g/kg of Astragalus polysaccharide had no obvious effect on the growth performance,blood physiolagy and biochemistry,and slaughtering performance indexes of Hu sheep,but it could improve meat quality and rumen environment.
