前庭性偏头痛(vestibular migraine,VM)是一种以前庭症状为主,临床常见的反复发作性眩晕类疾病。自然环境和社会人文环境的变化常能胁迫VM的发作。环境胁迫诱发VM的机制可能与脑肠轴、神经环路、神经解剖以及感觉整合异常等多方面有关。环境胁迫因素诱发VM发病机制的揭示,对VM的防治具有重要的临床意义。

Vestibular migraine(VM)is a clinically common recurrent vertigo-like disorder with predominantly vestibular symptoms.Changes in the natural and socio-human environment can often coerce the onset of VM.The mechanisms of VM induced by environmental stress may be related to various aspects of the brain-gut axis,neural circuitry,neuroanatomy,and abnormal sensory integration.The uncovering of the pathogenesis of VM induced by environmental stressors has important clinical implications for the prevention and treatment of VM.
