Application Status of Vertigo Scale Assessment

近年来,头晕/眩晕的发病率可高达30%,且发病年龄逐渐年轻化。量表评估是帮助快速了解患者严重程度、筛查诊断、评估症状及功能情况,并选择后续进一步检查和治疗的重要途径。我们总结常见的眩晕及康复相关的功能活动评价量表,阐述其在眩晕中的应用现状及局限性,并对其发展提出建议。

In recent years,the incidence of dizziness/vertigo can be as high as 30%,and the onset age is gradually getting younger.Scale assessment is an important way to quickly understand the severity of patients,screen diagnosis,assess symptoms and function,and select further examination and treatment.This paper will summarize the common vertigo and related functional activity evaluation scale,describe its application status and limitations in different types of vertigo in China,and put forward suggestions for its development.
