成人语前聋人工耳蜗植入的研究进展

Research Progress of Cochlear Implantation in Adults with Prelingual Deafness

既往研究普遍认为,语前聋成人患者人工耳蜗术后效果欠佳,其原因可能是长期听觉剥夺导致患者错过言语发育的关键时期,大脑听觉皮层发生皮层间解耦和跨模态重塑等生理改变。近年来,有关语前聋成人人工耳蜗术后效果的研究逐渐获得学术界关注。本综述主要关注了长期听觉剥夺导致听觉皮层变化的病理生理基础,并回顾既往研究中影响患者术后效果的因素以及术后效果的评价方式。

Results of cochlear implantation in adults with prelingual deafness generally considered poor in previous studies.Long-term auditory deprivation causes patients to miss the critical period of speech development.The auditory cortex of the brain has physiological changes such as intercortical decoupling and cross-modal reorganization.In recent years,research on cochlear implantation in prelingually deaf adults has gradually attracted the attention of the academic community.This review mainly focuses on the pathophysiological basis of auditory cortex changes caused by long-term auditory deprivation,reviews the factors affecting postoperative outcomes of patients in previous studies and concludes the evaluation methods of postoperative outcomes.
