基于指标体系的城市体检与城市更新串联模式探索——以宁夏吴忠市为例

当前,围绕指标体系开展的城市体检工作已经逐步成为城市更新工作的基础。结合住房和城乡建设部城市体检工作开展要求,本文基于宁夏回族自治区吴忠市城市自体检项目的实践,提出从指标体系、分析维度、对策总结三个方面,结合指标“量”的高低衡量与“质”的空间表征,强化体检的空间属性和指标的空间表达,提出城市体检与城市更新的连贯性建议。

The city examination and evaluation based on index system has gradually become the basis of urban renewal.Combined with the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,this paper takes the practical projects in Wuzhong City of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as examples,and puts forward suggestions on improving the consistency of city examination and urban renewal from three aspects of index system,analysis dimension,and countermeasure summary,combined with the measurement of index"quantity"and the spatial representation of"quality",so as to strengthen the spatial attribute of physical examination and the spatial expression of index.
