行动视角下现代化城乡空间建设控制研究——以浙江环神仙居大花园示范区建设为例

环神仙居大花园示范区是浙江省围绕神仙居国家级旅游度假区打造的现代化城乡空间示范区,是国家级旅游度假区、世界级旅居休闲目的地,共同富裕示范区的样板区的多重性质叠加的复杂区域。规划通过对标对表发现不足、体检评估识别问题,提出现代化城乡空间建设控制的四定方案与四大行动控制要点,同时以项目库时间表的形式落实落地,为现代化城乡空间建设探索实施的路径与建设控制要点,以供其他规划借鉴和思考。

The Great Garden Demonstration around Shenxianju is a modern urban and rural space demonstration area built around Shenxianju National Tourism Resort in Zhejiang Province.It is a complex area with multiple properties superimposed by a national tourism resort,a world-class tourism and leisure destination and a model area of common prosperity demonstration.Through the benchmarking table,deficiencies are found and problems are identified through physical examination evaluation.This paper puts forward four fixed plans and four action plans for the control of modern urban and rural spatial construction.At the same time,the plan is implemented in the form of project library schedule,to explore the implementation path and construction control points for modern urban and rural spatial construction,so as to provide reference for other plans.
