旧城保护更新中的历史城区保护策略研究

改革开放后,我国城镇化建设不断提速,大范围的旧城拆改成为城市建设的典型表现,这对城市历史遗迹造成了一定程度的破坏。随着对历史城区和文化遗产保护的重视,本文结合旧城更新与历史城区的基本理论,以广西壮族自治区北海市为例,分析该市旧城保护更新中的历史城区保护现状,提出历史城区保护与整治策略,以期实现既妥善安置城市历史文化资源,又充分挖掘其历史文化价值。

After the reform and opening up,China's urbanization construction has been continuously accelerated,and the large-scale demolition and renovation of the old cities has become typical manifestation of urban construction,which has caused the damage to the urban historical relics to a certain extent.With the attention of historical urban areas and cultural heritage protection,this paper combines the basic theory of old city renewal and historical urban area,takes Beihai City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as example,analyzes the conservation status of historic urban area in context of old city renewal,and puts forward the strategies for the historical city protection and renovation,in order to achieve proper placement of the city historical and cultural resources,and fully tap its historical and cultural value.
