新型取样装置在炼钢余热锅炉中的应用

摘要 炼钢行业环保政策收紧,企业炼钢成本随之提升,炼钢中的余热锅炉等节能技术日益受到关注。水质是余热锅炉研发与生产过程中一项重要的检验指标,对于确保锅炉正常生产、经济运行具有重要意义。取样装置是进行水质检测的主要工具,常规的取样系统采用人工手动取样的运行模式,导致炉水质量波动大,难以较好地监测控制,易使受热管束发生堵塞,引发爆管风险,造成锅炉紧急停工。因此采用了加载了自动化控制系统及分析系统的取样装置,该装置不仅可以有效减轻工人劳动强度、降低消耗,提高检测效率,也能够减少人为因素的干扰,确保了炉水品质。对炼钢流程中余热锅炉采用新型取样系统进行阐述,分析了该技术的具体运用。在对钢铁需求与日俱增的背景下,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。 With the environmental protection policy of the steelmaking industry is tightening,the cost of steelmaking in enterprises has increased,and energy-saving technologies such as waste heat boilers in steelmaking have received increasing attention.Water quality is an important inspection indicator in the development and production process of residual heat boilers,which is of great significance to ensure the normal production and economic operation of the boiler.The sampling device is the main tool for water quality detection.The conventional sampling system adopts an artificial manual sampling operating mode,resulting in a large fluctuations in the quality of the furnace water,it is difficult to better monitor and control.Emergency stop work.Therefore,the sampling device that loads the automation control system and the analysis system is used.This device not only effectively reduces workers'labor intensity,reduce consumption,improves detection efficiency,but also reduces the interference of human factors and ensures the quality of furnace water.It uses a new sampling system to explain the residual heat boiler in the steelmaking process,analyzing the specific application of the technology.In the context of the increasing demand for steel,it has certain economic and social benefits.
