水库大坝沥青混凝土心墙施工技术及效益分析

摘要 沥青混凝土因其出色的抗渗性、高变形容量、构造简洁、工程量小、施工迅速、安全可靠及环保特性,相较于其他心墙材料更具优势。其防渗性能优异,可达10-8以上,兼具良好的塑性与柔韧性,能自适应坝体形变,并对既有裂缝具有自我修复能力。自20世纪70年代以来,我国已建成多座沥青混凝土心墙坝。本文以广南县赛京水库大坝为例,深入探讨了沥青混凝土心墙的施工方法、工艺、拌和站布局、沥青混合料的拌制、机械配置及质量控制,旨在为中小型工程提供有益的沥青混凝土心墙施工方法参考。 Asphalt concrete has advantages over other core wall materials due to its excellent impermeability,high deformation capacity,simple structure,small engineering quantity,rapid construction,safety and reliability,and environmental protection characteristics.Its anti-seepage performance is excellent,up to 10-8 or more,with good plasticity and flexibility.It can adapt to the deformation of the dam body and has the ability to self repair existing cracks.Since the 1970s,China has built multiple asphalt concrete core wall dams.This article takes the Saijing Reservoir Dam in Guangnan County as an example to explore in depth the construction methods,processes,mixing station layout,asphalt mixture mixing,mechanical configuration,and quality control of asphalt concrete core walls.The aim is to provide useful reference for the construction methods of asphalt concrete core walls for small and medium-sized projects.
