摘要
以老旧小区绿色改造效果评估为视角,本文采用专家打分和居民问卷调查方式,结合现有研究从成本、环境效益、技术效益、生态效益和社会效益五个维度出发,构建一套评价指标体系。运用AHP和AHM来确定各评价指标的权重,运用灰色关联分析理论,建立老旧小区绿色改造综合效益评价模型,通过比对各种方案的综合效益值以评选出最优改造方案。通过实例分析,表明该指标模型应用效果良好,具有推广性。
From the perspective of evaluating the effectiveness of green renovation in old residential areas,this article adopts expert scoring and resident questionnaire survey methods,and combines existing research to construct an evaluation index system from five dimensions:cost,environmental benefits,technical benefits,ecological benefits,and social benefits.AHP and AHM are used to determine the weights of each evaluation indicator.Using grey relational analysis theory,a comprehensive evaluation model for the green renovation of old residential areas is established,and the optimal renovation plan is selected by comparing the comprehensive benefit values of various plans.Through case analysis,it is shown that the application effect of this indicator model is good and has generalizability.
