In the field of architecture and infrastructure,the integration of BIM and GIS technology is opening a new chapter in project management,providing unprecedented management accuracy and efficiency for complex engineering projects such as bridges.This study delves into the application of a digital intelligent control platform based on BIM(Building Information Modeling)and GIS(Geographic Information Systems)in the entire lifecycle of bridge project management.By analyzing the system architecture,functional modules,data flow,and technical implementation of the platform,as well as through case studies of bridge projects,the significant role of the platform in improving project management efficiency,optimizing design and construction plans,reducing costs,shortening construction periods,and enhancing the scientificity and effectiveness of operation and maintenance management has been verified.And further evaluated the value of the platform,pointing out its contribution in enhancing project controllability and foresight,promoting project team collaboration,and improving project transparency.Based on the trend of technological development,this paper looks forward to the future development prospects of project management platforms based on BIM and GIS technologies.It is expected that the integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,and big data will bring new breakthroughs to bridge project management.
