基于BIM和GIS的数字智能化管控平台的构建及在桥梁项目管理中的应用研究

摘要 在建筑和基础设施领域,BIM和GIS技术的融合正在开启项目管理的新篇章,为桥梁等复杂工程项目提供了前所未有的管理精确度和效率。本研究围绕基于BIM(建筑信息模型)和GIS(地理信息系统)的数字智能化管控平台在桥梁项目管理全生命周期中的应用进行了深入探讨。通过对平台的系统架构、功能模块、数据流程和技术实现进行分析,以及通过桥梁项目案例研究,验证了平台在提高项目管理效率、优化设计和施工方案、降低成本、缩短工期及提升运维管理科学性和有效性等方面的显著作用。并进一步评估了平台的价值,指出了其在增强项目可控性和预见性、促进项目团队协同工作以及提高项目透明度方面的贡献。结合技术发展趋势,对未来基于BIM和GIS技术的项目管理平台的发展前景进行了展望,预期新兴技术如人工智能、物联网和大数据的融合为桥梁项目管理带来新的突破。 In the field of architecture and infrastructure,the integration of BIM and GIS technology is opening a new chapter in project management,providing unprecedented management accuracy and efficiency for complex engineering projects such as bridges.This study delves into the application of a digital intelligent control platform based on BIM(Building Information Modeling)and GIS(Geographic Information Systems)in the entire lifecycle of bridge project management.By analyzing the system architecture,functional modules,data flow,and technical implementation of the platform,as well as through case studies of bridge projects,the significant role of the platform in improving project management efficiency,optimizing design and construction plans,reducing costs,shortening construction periods,and enhancing the scientificity and effectiveness of operation and maintenance management has been verified.And further evaluated the value of the platform,pointing out its contribution in enhancing project controllability and foresight,promoting project team collaboration,and improving project transparency.Based on the trend of technological development,this paper looks forward to the future development prospects of project management platforms based on BIM and GIS technologies.It is expected that the integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,and big data will bring new breakthroughs to bridge project management.
