应用型本科高校专业社团建设与专业人才培养研究

Researches on the Construction of Professional Associations and the Cultivation of Professional Talents in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities

高校作为培养创新型专业人才的主阵地,专业社团是人才培养的重要载体,也是课堂育人的重要延伸,是提高大学生专业能力和综合素养的重要途径。面对应用型高校专业社团建设存在的参与主体认识偏见、社团组织建设规范有待提升、社团活动与人才培养关联度不高的问题。应用型高校专业社团可从育人机制组合、育人形式融合、育人方法驱动、育人目标提升、育人评价推动5个维度创设条件,构建专业教育与社团实践紧密融合的育人机制,发挥专业社团实践育人功能,进而提升应用型高校学生的就业竞争力。

Colleges and universities are the main positions of cultivating innovative professionals,and professional associations are the important carriers of talent training and an important extension of classroom education,as well as an important way to improve college students'professional ability and comprehensive quality.Faced with the problems of cognitive bias of participants in the construction of professional associations in application-oriented colleges and universities,the need to improve the norms for the construction of community organizations,and the low correlation between community activities and talent training,professional associations in application-oriented colleges and universities can create conditions from the five dimensions of the combination of education mechanisms,the integration of education forms,the drive of education methods,the improvement of education goals,and the promotion of education evaluations,so as to build an education mechanism that closely integrates professional education and associations'practice,give full play to the practical education function of professional associations,and thereby enhance the employment competitiveness of students in application-oriented colleges and universities.
