新内生发展理论视域下地方应用型高校国际化办学路径探讨

摘要 新内生发展理论对于地方应用型高校国际化办学具有重要的实践指导意义。围绕认同、参与、资源三要素,阐述了该理论在地方应用型高校国际化办学中的适用性。从新内生发展理论的视角分析,地方应用型高校国际化办学过程中存在国际化办学认同度不高、利益相关者参与度不强和资源整合能力偏弱等问题。因此,应健全多元协同的国际化办学体制机制,提升利益相关者自驱力激发国际化办学内部动能,完善国际优质教育资源引用机制。 The new endogenous development theory holds significant practical guiding value for the internationalization of local application-oriented colleges and universities.Focusing on the three elements of identity,participation,and resources,this study elaborates on the applicability of the theory in the internationalization efforts of these institutions.From the perspective of new endogenous development theory,the study analyzes the existing problems in the process of running the internationalized school,such as the low recognition,the insufficient participation of stakeholders,and the weak capacity for resource integration.Therefore,local application-oriented colleges and universities should establish a diverse and collaborative institutional mechanism for international education,enhance the self-driven motivation of stakeholders to stimulate internal dynamics for internationalization,and improve the mechanism for referencing high-quality international educational resources.
