科技创新支撑中国式现代化的机制阐释、经验分析和对策研究

Mechanism Explanation,Experience Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Technological Innovation Supporting the Chinese Path to Modernization

基于马克思主义理论视域,结合中国式现代化的丰富内涵,提出科技创新支撑中国式现代化就是通过坚持科技创新“四个面向”来推动实现自立自强、国家富强、民族振兴、人民至上的中国式现代化;同时利用2013—2021年省级科技创新和中国式现代化指标的面板数据,通过构建固定效应模型分析科技创新对中国式现代化的支撑作用;在理论和经验分析的基础上,提出深化科技体制改革、加快基础研究原创突破、协同多元主体共同发展、深化国际科技交流合作等对策建议。

Technological innovation is the first productive force to support the overall construction of a socialist modern country and high-quality development.Based on the perspective of Marxist theory,combined with the rich connotation of the Chinese path to modernization,it is proposed that technological innovation to support the Chinese path to modernization is to promote the realization of the Chinese path to modernization of self-reliance,national prosperity,and people first by adhering to the“four orientations”of technological innovation.At the same time,using the panel data of provincial technological innovation and the Chinese path to modernization indicators from 2013 to 2021,this paper analyzes the supporting role of technological innovation on the Chinese path to modernization by constructing a fixed effect model.On the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as deepening the reform of the technological system,accelerating the breakthrough of original basic research,collaborating with multiple stakeholders for common development,and deepening international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation.
