文物保护是一项涉及经济、政治、文化、社会、外交等领域的综合性事业,作为执政党的中国共产党如何看待文物价值、如何理解文物作用、如何实施文物政策,对文物事业的发展起到了至关重要的作用。从革命思维下突出强调文物的爱国主义价值,到执政思维下“保护”与“利用”的抉择,再到新时代提出“让文物活起来”的原创性思想,中国共产党对文物保护认识上的转变,既体现了时代背景的变迁,也反映了党的思想认识的调整与深化。

Cultural heritage protection is a comprehensive affair,which is related to economic,political,cultural,social and diplomatic fields.The Communist Party of China(CPC)plays a vital role in protecting cultural heritage.How it views the value of cultural heritage,understands the effect of cultural heritage,implements cultural heritage policies,and allocates cultural heritage resources will have a significant influence on contemporary development of cultural heritage protection in China.During the revolutionary period,the CPC highlighted the patriotic value of cultural heritage.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the choice between“protecting”and“utilizing”cultural relics became the theme of cultural heritage protection.The advanced thought of“Let cultural relics live”in the new era not only reflects the change of the theme of the times,but also reflects the ideological understanding of the CPC to keep pace with the times.
