乡村振兴背景下农村精神养老问题及其对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Spiritual Elderly Care in Rural Areas Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

文化振兴是实现乡村振兴的思想保障。老年人精神养老是文化振兴的重要内容,在满足农村老人精神需求方面发挥着重要作用,是农村养老不可或缺的重要内容,影响着老年群体的生活质量。文章通过实地调查,选取安徽省合肥市140名老年人作为调查对象,发现在老有所养、老有所乐、老有所为等方面农村老年人存在不同程度的问题。分析其深层次原因发现农村精神养老供给不足,医疗服务水平低下,农村养老服务队伍建设不健全,对基础设施建设重视不足。据此提出通过产业振兴实现老有所养、老有所医,通过文化振兴、生态振兴实现老有所乐,通过人才振兴实现老有所教,通过组织振兴实现老有所为的策略,提升农村养老服务能力。

Cultural revitalization is the ideological guarantee to realize rural revitalization.Spiritual care for the elderly is an important part of cultural revitalization,plays an important role in meeting the spiritual needs of the rural elderly,and is an indispensable part of rural care,affecting the quality of life of the elderly group.Through field investigation,140 elderly people in Hefei city,Anhui province were selected as the survey objects,and it was found that there were different degrees of problems in the elderly in rural areas.Analysis of the deep-rooted reasons found that the supply of rural spiritual elderly care is insufficient,the level of medical service is low,the construction of rural elderly care service team is not perfect,and insufficient attention is paid to infrastructure construction.Based on this,it is proposed to provide the elderly with care and medical services through industrial revitalization;to achieve their happiness through cultural and ecological revitalization;to provide them with education through the revitalization of talents;to achieve their worthiness through the revitalization of the organization.
