摘要
为了培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,以安庆师范大学为例,对新时代高校二级学院公共体育工作的职责、进路与成效进行了探索。二级学院的工作职责主要包括:协助完成高校体育工作的基本任务;帮助学生养成终身体育的锻炼习惯;身体力行践行终身体育的示范效应等。实践进路主要包含:配合完成大学生体质健康测试工作;在学生综合测评中充分考虑体育学分;积极协助完成大学体育课程思政工作等。现实成效主要包纳:体质健康测试的优良率;校级体育比赛的获奖率;体育考试成绩的优良率;阳光长跑次数的优良率等。研究表明,新时代高校二级学院在学生终身体育锻炼意识与习惯养成中发挥着重要的主动与主导作用。
In order to train the socialist builders and successors with an all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding,in addition to a hard-working spirit,this paper takes Anqing Normal University as an example to explore the responsibilities,approaches and effects of public physical education work in second-level colleges in the new era.The duties of the second-level college mainly include:assisting in the completion of the basic tasks of college physical education;helping students develop lifelong physical exercise habits;practicing the demonstration effect of lifelong sports and so on.The practical approaches mainly include:cooperating with the completion of the physical health test of college students;fully considering PE credits in students′comprehensive assessment;actively assisting in the completion of the ideological and political education among university sports curricula.The actual results mainly include:the distinguished achiever ratio in physical health test;the winning rate in school-level sports competitions;the distinguished achiever ratio in physical education examination and in Sunshine Long-distance Running.The research shows that the second-level colleges in the new era play an important leading role in the cultivation of students′lifelong physical exercise consciousness and habits.
