低碳经济视域下甘肃省绿色物流体系优化路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 绿色低碳发展是国际潮流所向,现代物流向绿色发展是大势所趋,文章充分考虑国家建立健全绿色低碳循环发展经济体系的要求、甘肃省生态战略地位的重要性以及甘肃省可持续发展经济的转型升级,在低碳经济视域下探究甘肃省绿色物流体系优化路径。得出在低碳经济视域下甘肃省发展绿色物流的制约因素主要有低碳环保理念没有贯穿绿色物流发展的全链条,绿色物流的监管力度薄弱,物流的绿色循环流通体系不完善,甘肃省发展绿色物流的驱动力不足等。最后提出低碳经济视域下甘肃省绿色物流体系优化路径有将低碳环保理念贯穿现代物流发展的全链条,以低碳经济为目标推进多主体监管格局,完善物流的绿色循环流通体系,提升绿色物流发展的驱动力。 Green and low-carbon development is the international trend,and modern logistics to green development is the general trend.This paper fully considers the requirements of the country to establish and improve the green and low-carbon circular development economic system,the importance of Gansu Province's ecological strategic position and the transformation and upgrading of Gansu Province's sustainable development economy,and explores the optimization path of Gansu Province's green logistics system from the perspective of low-carbon economy.It is concluded that the main constraints to the development of green logistics in Gansu Province from the perspective of low-carbon economy are that the concept of low-carbon environmental protection does not run through the whole chain of green logistics development,the supervision of green logistics is weak,the green circulation system of logistics is imperfect,and the driving force for the development of green logistics in Gansu Province is insufficient.Finally,it is proposed that the optimization path of green logistics system in Gansu Province from the perspective of low-carbon economy will run the concept of low-carbon environmental protection through the whole chain of modern logistics development,promote the multi-agent supervision pattern with the goal of low-carbon economy,improve the green circulation system of logistics,and enhance the driving force of green logistics development.
