高职航空物流试点“1+X”证书制度的现状分析及路径优化

"1+X"Certificate System Pilot Status Analysis and Path Optimization of Aviation Logistics in Higher Vocational Colleges

“1+X”证书制度是国家为对接科技发展趋势和产业需求变化而出台的一项职业教育改革重要举措,在引导职业教育人才培养方面发挥着积极作用。作为物流“1+X”证书的首批试点专业,上海民航职业技术学院航空物流专业对“1+X”证书制度在人才培养的应用进行了积极探索,经过四年试点积累了一定实践经验。文章首先梳理了高职航空物流专业试点“1+X”证书制度的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上结合本校试点经验,探讨了高职航空物流人才培养的改革思路与优化路径,希望能为其他专业试点“1+X”制度提供“先行者”经验。

The"1+X"certificate system is an important measure of vocational education reform introduced by the state in order to docking the development trend of science and technology and the change of industrial demand,and plays a positive role in guiding the training of vocational education talents.As the first batch of pilot majors of logistics"1+X"certificate,the aviation logistics major of Shanghai Civil Aviation Vocational and Technical College has actively explored the application of"1+X"certificate system in personnel training,and has accumulated certain practical experience after four years of pilot.This study first sorted out the current situation and existing problems of the pilot"1+X"certificate system for the aviation logistics major in higher vocational colleges,and on this basis,combined with the pilot experience of the university,discussed the reform ideas and optimization paths for the training of aviation logistics talents in higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide"forerunner"experience for the pilot"1+X"system for other majors.
