摘要
为实现在可再生能源消纳保障机制背景下对工业园区碳排放额购买方案的综合分析和最优选择,建立工业园区碳排放效益优化模型。将碳资产核算之后的工业园区作为研究主体,考虑可再生能源消纳责任权重,以园区购买碳排放额支出最小和可再生能源消纳最多作为目标函数,构建兼顾经济和生态效益的碳排放优化模型,并以企业类型和碳排放指标作为影响因素进行敏感性分析,利用改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法实现对模型的求解和优化。算例分析表明,该优化模型可有效减少工业园区购买碳排放额的支出,提高园区可再生能源消纳量,保证园区的经济性与低碳性。
In order to achieve the comprehensive analysis and optimal choice of carbon emission allowance purchase schemes for industrial parks under the background of renewable energy consumption guarantee mechanism,this paper establishes a carbon emission benefit optimization model for industrial parks.Specifically,the industrial park after carbon asset accounting is taken as the subject of the study,and considering the weight of renewable energy consumption responsibility,with the minimum expenditure of carbon emission and the maximum renewable energy consumption as the objective functions,and a carbon emission optimization model with both economic and ecological benefits is finally constructed.In addition,we conducted a sensitivity analysis was conducted on the influence factors of enterprise type and carbon emission index,and used the improved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm was uds to realize the solution and optimization of the model.Finally,the arithmetic analysis shows that the optimization model can effectively reduce the expenditure on purchasing carbon missions in the industrial park and increase the amount of renewable energy consumption in the park,and ensure the economy and low-carbon of the park.
