基于愿景型领导力的地方新建高校学科团队建设路径研究

摘要 培养适应地方发展的应用型人才是地方新建本科院校的使命。建立与地方产业结构变化一致的学科体系显得尤为重要,学科团队建设又是其中的关键。目前地方新建本科学校的学科团队建设面对缺乏发展愿景、学科理念不清、结构不合理、资源短缺及学科制度需要完善等多方面的困境,导致团队缺乏凝聚力。愿景型领导力就是要努力创造一个让员工想要归属到这个组织中的能力。本文从愿景到行动的路径,以开发管理者愿景领导力为核心,提高团队凝聚力目标,构建以“愿景—战略—信念—情境—沟通”为一体的地方新建本科院校学科团队建设路径,以此来打造高归属感、内外部协同发展的学科团队。 It is the mission of newly-established local universities to train applied talents to adapt to local development.It is particularly important to establish a discipline system consistent with the change of local industrial structure,and discipline team construction is the key.At present,the discipline team construction of newly-established local universities is faced with many difficulties,such as lack of development vision,unclear discipline development concept,the convergence of discipline structure,the lack of discipline resources,and the need to perfect discipline system,etc.,leading to the lack of team cohesion.Visionary leadership is to strive to create the ability to make employees want to belong to the organization.From vision to action,this paper takes the development of managers'vision leadership as the core,improves the goal of team cohesion,and builds a discipline team construction path integrating“vision-strategy-belief contextcommunication”in newly built local undergraduate colleges,so as to build a discipline team with high sense of belonging and coordinated development of internal and external.
