高校辅导员全方位提升核心素养,实现辅导员队伍笃行践履国家意志现实担当的“传播器”,推动落实立德树人根本任务的“转动轴”,温馨铸就心灵和谐重要关怀的“暖心仪”及汇心聚力成长成才重要目标的“破题者”的价值功能。高校着力构建数质并重的队伍体系,筑牢辅导员队伍体系建设的“地基石”,打造辅导员队伍创新发展的“联动带”,抓好辅导员队伍考核评价体系的“风向标”,吹响辅导员进步的“警戒哨”,从而打造一批高素养的辅导员队伍,保障学校体制机制正常运行,夯实学校发展及涵养学生成长成才的力量源泉。

The comprehensive enhancement of the core competencies of college counselor in higher education institutions is pivotal in actualizing their roles as“transmitters”commited to conscientiously implementing and embodying the national will,as the“catalytic axis”in advancing the fundamental mission of moral education,as the“compassionate instrument”fostering emotional harmony and care,and as“problem solvers”guiding students towards collective development and personal achievement.Higher education institutions should emphasize building a team that balances both numerical and qualitative strengths,laying a solid foundation for the construction of the counseling staff team as the“cornerstone”,creating an innovative development“synergy belt”for the counseling staff,establishing a“weather vane”in the form of a performance assessment system for the college counselor,and sounding the“alert whistle”for their advancement.Through these measures,a high-quality counseling staff can be cultivated,ensuring the normal functioning of the institutional mechanisms within educational institutions and solidifying the foundation for school development as well as the cultivation of students'growth and talents.
